No Two Snowflakes are Alike

My results were that 21/24 students thought that the myth "No two snowflakes were alike" is true. Two males said that it was not true. And one female said that she was unsure.
I think that majority of the people thought it was a fact because snowflakes are a natural thing; and all natural things are unique. Like people; no two people are completely identical. I was surprised by how many people were so confident in their answer. Snowflakes are such a small detail in the weather that i would think, more people wouldn't really pay attention. Because snowflakes are only about 1/2 an inch across, at most, you can't always make out what they look like with the naked eye. The myth came from how close they look. Just like twins, they could look the exact same, but the fine details that you can't see without a microscope says other wise.
